Drew is the brains of the operation with over a decade in commercial real estate. Drew has managed retail CRE portfolios of over 1,000,000 SF handling acquisition, disposition, and financing teams. He has driven revenue through aggressive leasing strategies, efficient management, sourcing new investments, and in the development of corporate strategy.

Callie Briscoe BA

Callie has extensive experience working in Operations and IT for a niche health care provider operating nationwide. Responsibilities included project management, generating reports, website development, accounting, and managing staff/contractors. She earned her BA at Dickinson College double majoring in International Business and Economics.

Nathaniel Wallshein, J.D., LL.M.

Nathaniel is outside general counsel for Linway Capital. Nathaniel has worked for clients ranging from individuals to startups and large enterprises. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, zoning and land use, commercial leasing, public and private financing, and PPMs. Master of Law in Taxation at Georgetown, LL.M.; Certificate in State and Local Tax, with Distinction.

Scott Wallshein, MBA, CFA, CPA, CFE

Scott is an operational risk manager who has investigated events including erroneous payments, payment system errors, and outstanding receivable balances totaling over $500M. He has career experience with one of the Big 4 Accounting firms in the financial advisory division. Scott earned his MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School specializing in Real Estate.
